Hotel Executive Experience
The format of this exclusive, invite-only Event is unique, executed with excellence, and provides access to strategic-level business dialogue. Each qualified hotel executive participates in developing their personalized agenda for the Event, making it a truly tailored experience.

Boardroom Presentations
Executives are pre-assigned to a small group of 7–9 peers who have expressed interest in similar products/solutions. Suppliers present their latest innovations to this group in concise 20-minute presentations. A group leader is assigned to each group to ensure the boardroom presentations stay on schedule—it is incredibly efficient.
Boardroom sessions are the event’s foundation and provide a unique opportunity to preview and vet many suppliers concisely and efficiently.

One-on-One Sessions
The one-on-one sessions provide a private environment to discuss your interests/specific needs with suppliers of your choice. These appointments are 15 minutes long and give enough time to determine the next steps if needed.

Keynote and Content Sessions
The keynote and content sessions feature leading speakers offering actionable and inspiring insight on trends, opportunities, skills, best practices, and personal growth.

Networking
The agenda includes interactive social events to build relationships in a fun and casual environment. We develop the events within the agenda to optimize social interaction, which includes:
- Optional Sunday activities, such as a golf tournament or a guided tour in the event city,
- a welcome reception including live music and other entertainment,
- daily catered breakfasts, luncheons and dinners that allow you to maximize networking opportunities, and
- a closing cocktail reception with dinner and entertainment to follow.
